Tim McNally, Chief Executive Officer Tim commenced his Insurance career with Reed Stenhouse in 1983. Over more than 24 years he has dealt with a wide range of International Insurance and reinsurance risks from every corner of the globe.   Until joining Anglo French UK in 2007 to head up the London operations he was responsible for the International Binding Authorities team of Alexander Forbes/Lockton, with responsibilities for all aspects of client development and servicing, regulatory compliance, operations, strategy and budgeting.

John Beck, Director John began his career in Insurance in the mid 1960’s, and soon gravitated towards working with International business across all classes. Having worked for various London brokers, John’s working relationship with Anglo French Paris has stretched over 23 years, and for all of this time he has been instrumental in placing Covers, Binding Authorities and Open Market risks for all classes into the London market. John’s linguistic skills and close working relationship with the staff at all levels has been essential in development and placement of new products: a role he continues to this day with Anglo French UK Ltd.

François Martinache, Chairman Francois insurance career began in 1981 when he first commenced working for CECAR (a MARSH insurance broking subsidiary). From there between 1983 and 1985 he worked for STEWART WRIGHTSON as Director before joining AFU in 1987 as Director in a more responsible role.   In 1990, François Martinache was appointed Chairman (of AFU). Over 20 years of leadership, he was involved in producing and placing business in the most of specialist insurance areas as Property, Marine, Professional Indemnity or Contingency…

Alexandre Martinache, Director He started his career in 1995 with ERABLE, a specialized broker in Property. He set up the whole strategy and business development on the French Market. He left in 1999 to join AFU. As Chief Executive, he takes responsibility for areas such as the operational development such as binder’s negotiation, mid and long term strategy, staff management and many other aspects of the daily operation of the company.

Claude Louis, Director He has worked in the International Insurance and Re-insurance markets for over 20 years and has acquired extensive experience in Property business. In 1997, he founded A.I.L (Assurances Industrielles de Londres) a Lloyd’s Coverholder specialized in property business lines. In 2005, Claude Louis joined AFU following the acquisition of A.I.L., where his extensive technical experience is a great asset as Head of the property department.

Rafaël Odasso, Director He has over 12 years experience in accounting and corporate finance. He joined AFU in 1992 as former accountant advancing to Chief Accountant then Administrative and Finance Manager. In 2005, he was appointed as Finance Director of AFU. Highly skilled, Rafael strengths include financial analysis and corporate valuations as well as acquisition financing and leverage buyout.

Stuart Arkell,  Manager Stuart began his career in 1985 at Alexander Howden Reinsurance Brokers starting as a Marine Treaty Reinsurance technician. During the next 14 years Stuart worked for a variety of International Brokers expanding his knowledge in all aspects of insurance both in the UK and Internationally. Stuart joined Alexander Forbes in 1999. He advanced to become the Binding Authority manager utilising his processing skills and office management abilities. Compliance and Regulatory duties were a daily routine as well as Credit and Financial controls. In 2008 Stuart joined Anglo French UK Ltd to oversee all aspects of the company’s daily processing and operations.
